Hello Bigger Pockets Community!

I'm new to investing and new to the Bigger Pockets world! I currently live in the Denver Metro area and am looking to start my investing journey here in Colorado, but am also open to other opportunities. I am signed up to attend the Rookie Real Estate Bootcamp starting this Fall, and am looking forward to the knowledge and opportunity that the camp will bring. 

My focus right now is on Flips and Short Term Rentals, and am in it for the long game. I want to create something that I can pass along to my kids and create generational wealth.
