So if the owner includes electric heating, cooking, water heating, and other electric in the RTA or RFTA form...

In section 8 request for tenancy approval (RFTA) paperwork it ask who will be paying the electric (heating, cooking, water heating, other electric). 

So, since the seller said the gas bill was only $100 per month I automatically assumed that each tenant had a gas meter and pay for their own gas for cooking and heating. 

They have failed me at every turn.

Hello everyone, I’ll get straight to the point.I purchased the home in 2020 for 220k in Maricopa, AZ ( Suburb of Phoenix)  Currently owe 211,000 with a 3.3% rate.Currently renting for 1750 and my mortgage + HOA has me at around 1300 a month.I have spoken to a few real estate agents and we think we can get 350k for it in todays crazy market.

I made sure to lower all expenses(subscriptions, cooking in rather than eating out, etc...) and reminded myself that this will only be for a couple of months till I get out of debt. 

Would you want to leave some meat on the bone for expansion for a potential buyer down the road?

Don't want a roommate with a hobby of cooking meth in the living room.
