I always wondered how taking an overall average of RE appreciation and comparing it to anything is a true measure of investment when including good markets with those that are collapsing.

When I've talked with the banks with a sub2, I have a power of attorney which gives me permission to talk with that lender. 

But the significant difference in the quote compared to Proper's (200% more) makes me nervous I'm missing something.

Sounds like it is effecting the lenders collateral and thats why they don't want to do it . should confirm though 

There are many lenders that will not do loans to LLC entities . 

Would be great to hear from some local hard money lenders and mortgage brokers.thanks

I called the lender, said we had to re-finance the loan to use the LLC EIN.

@Nate Miller Hey Nate, land is a completely diffrent beast compared to purchasing an existing home and there is a alot that goes into it.

@AJ Santiago I have a few STR’s in big bear that I brrrr’ed into and my company manages STR’s for us and others with about three times the revenue of the 50% percentile of comparable properties.
