Canadian looking to buy first BRRR in San Diego
I am a Canadian looking to buy my first property in the US(San Diego).
Is it difficult to find financing as a Canadian?
Would be great to hear from some local hard money lenders and mortgage brokers.
thanks

Hi @Marty Howie
Fellow Canadian here. I am a US broker, based in Toronto, and financing Canadians in the US every day all day. It will be a DSCR loan, under your US entity or personally held. There are little nuances and differences specifically when it comes to Canadians but most of what others said on the thread here is correct. I can get you up to 75% financing, a US bank account with remote opening, cross borders CPAs who understand CRA and IRS, and more. Feel free to reach out!
