Hi, I am an aspiring real estate investor looking to get my feet in the door. I currently own a home with my partner that we house hack. Right now I am looking for an investment property I can cash flow. I want to continue to grow and learn about real estate and become financially free

If you are looking for rentals that cash flow the best place to start looking is the Midwest. I would start by checking out Ohio. Markets like Cleveland and Columbus have a lower barrier to entry, are landlord-friendly and you can cash flow.
