I've been watching some of the podcasts videos on YouTube for a little bit now ,and am interested in taking the leap towards getting my first rental, but feel like I still could use some extra guidance in order to actually pull the trigger.

All these YouTube videos, etc, make it sound so easy, but it really is a lot of work and there is a lot you need to know since you are working with people on the most important asset they have.

As you are the one who will get stuck with it when the music stops, it needs to be paid and charged to the tenant to avoid a massive bill in the end.  

So I have watched many YouTube vids, listened to multiple podcasts, took a real estate course and they all say in order to achieve goals, you must network with like minded individuals.

My brokerage focuses more on building relationships and sphere of influence for lead gen.There are a million gurus that will sell you on a coaching method, but you can learn plenty from podcasts/youtube and books.

Yesterday i came across a video on youtube that really motivated me on getting into wholesaling and getting my first deal.

In my option, today with HGTV and The University of YOUTUBE many people get into flipping houses thinking it is easy.
