New to the Real Estate world

Real Estate has been on my mind for years, and aside from keeping super busy due to being in the military, I have never had the courage/confidence to pursue this business!! But I have a family now, and it is growing, and in order for me to achieve the financial freedom and stability I want for my family and myself, I have decided to finally go after this dream of mine. The long term goal is to own multiple rental properties and live off the cash flow. But for the moment I just really, really want to learn to wholesale, until I can earn enough so that I could then start to actually invest at some point down the line.
