Looking to get my first deal

Yesterday i came across a video on youtube that really motivated me on getting into wholesaling and getting my first deal. I have got my list started today with just one location but Ive begun. I would like any advice in taking this on and have a couple questions about this process as well, as far as 

1. Say after i text an owner, they reply “yes i am interested in selling my property” . If i have no money , what is the next step in the process as far as getting them a buyer

2. How exactly would a contract be put together, and who would be in charge of that ?

I would recommend watching as much Youtube you can of Brent Daniels (TTP) to get a handle on it.
