It was a nominal amount of 729$...but for the sake of being fair I'm trying to gauge what the collective response would be.I agreed on listing the property for no fee (on the listing side) after repairs but ultimately my partners feel that the money from the buyers commission should be treated as profit to the LLC.  

As I am sure you are aware you are responsible for your guests while they are on the premises. 

Service fees have not slowed down my traffic and bookings.

After my past experiences I decided slow and solo would be a good restart for me while I piece my life back together.

Rochester is in our admin zone but I haven't expanded it to our coverage zone for our management company yet because our maintenance response time would be over an hour.

You are going to receive lots of responses with polar opposite points of view so only you can decide if it is for you or not.
