Hello BPF folks,

I am a RE agent based in Huntington, NY. 

I was a title closer several years ago, both commercial and residential. I thought then about getting my license. Two kids and a major life change looming and I took the plunge.

While I love doing they typical residential RE agent role, I really want to expand! Multiple steams of income is the name of the game. 

I want to get into flips, working towards the middle to higher end eventually,  as well as rentals, ideally small multi family. The goal is to have enough of that income that I can raise two kids and put them through collage!
