Backyard and Front yard Zero-ScapeConcrete stain in both the Garage and Patio

I have learned to be proactive with the problem by putting out rat poison blocks around the yard on all four sides of the homes.You can buy a large bucket of Poison blocks from Home Depot or Lowes for under $25.00, then place them in areas that rats or mice would come from. 

The other problem is that there is no yard, and I have always had a veggie garden...usually a big one.

It still has a size-able yard without going near where the line is buried.   

If we face it one way it would have a large side yard and small back yard, and the other way would be the exact opposite. 

The whole 9 yards went into this one.

What if I put a bandit sign in my own yard?

Reality has the morals of a junk yard dog..You are starting a business you have made no effort to learn in advance.

Most the time, on any single-level multifamily where the tenant has there own yard space, the tenant is in charge of the lawn upkeep.

I walk the floorplan and look for bedroom size, kitchen size, bath size and count, yard, open concept, etc.Then I look for the bubble (my husband says I need a new word for it because "bubble" and RE don't make good bedmates.) lol  But what I mean by bubble is...what is within a 1 mile radius of the property that will be your Tenant's life?
