Gas Pipeline effect on property value
I'm looking at a property that sits on 8 beautiful acres of pasture...sounds good...but has an easement for the Tennessee Gas Pipeline which runs right under the property. How does this effect the property value? What other kinds of questions + due diligence should I look into regarding the pipeline?
