Lots of growth in that area and they are working on a 555 acre park that will the biggest in Austin (onion creek metropolitan park).  

Again, thanks to everyone for the great discussion.Perhaps I will park my third vehicle at the unit until the construction is done plus use lights on timers and get some blinds up immediately.

My friend is pretty big time and I think he parks his money in this way so he can get some kind of return.Newbies usually don't have the cash to park in something that can generate a low return like this.

Area is being revitalized, but also lots of construction etc and on street parking only.  

A mobile set up in a mh park (single wide) in good condition would cost around 10k or less.

I'm from Massachusetts originally, and I couldn't buy a parking space for $20K there (you know what I mean!

As for LA, check out the USC, West Adams, Echo Park, and Ladera Heights subdivisions.
