Our SFHs have ridiculously low maintenance costs the first few years for the same reason.

Now that he's gone, they are willing to rent it to me but with a million rules.They are preparing a lease but have it in their head that they will be coming down here every so often from Wisconsin & potentially bring a friend to stay... so out of the 4 bedrooms, they want access to two, and have a million rules that are rather ridiculous.

Amazingly ridiculous....

I grew up in California and lived all over the state until I got tired of the ridiculous taxes and moved up to Washington.

I had plenty of student loan debt from law school, but I managed to pay off the private loans (ridiculous interest rates of 10-12%), and it helped me build my credit.

First, back in 2005-2008, there were no doc loans, option pay adjustables, and plenty of just ridiculous products.  

The one I have right now feels "entitled" to constantly call about the most ridiculous things...like I saw a snake in the backyard and do something about it. 

I think it's ridiculous you can't get your score.
