Hello from Charleston, SC

Hello all! I'm a new investor from the Charleston, SC area. I somewhat stumbled into being a landlord by deciding to rent out my previous house as opposed to selling it. Worked out well so far and I'll hopefully continue investing after I tackle the mountain of student loan debt sitting in front of me. I'm a new physician that is finishing training this month, so I have a constant smile on my face currently.

My goal is to build my portfolio to allow myself flexibility. I love what I do and I want to use real estate to build financial freedom for myself and my family. I happen to think that its pretty fun as well.
