Welcome to BP Brian, great progress so far

Here goes . . .For the last year my efforts in real estate have intensified and I now have 6 doors and am happy with my success to this point.A few of my brothers and sisters have become interested in my progress.

Can we get some progress on narrowing this down a bit??

If you can do some of the work on a fixer upper that helps too.See if you can partner with someoneIf you don't have much money left for emergencies, spend the $500 on a good home warrantyIf you want to progress fast, partner, get a discounted house, do a flip, make some money and repeat. 

The rest you can sort out along the way, as long as you continue to learn from your mistakes and educate yourself as you progress.

I will primarily be driving to and from the site taking pictures and/or video, checking in on the progress, etc.

I too am new and getting started with TK investments for the long term, and hearing about your fast progress to rental #10 is a real inspiration to me.
