I'm Derrick. A 37 year old building inspector that has grown up in construction.  11 months ago I made the decision to sell my dad's ranch and invest in rental property.  As of last Thursday I'm under contract on my 4th place and have doubled my net worth in one year.  I'm well connected through my career but only (barley) hold a high school diploma.  I'm not ashamed to admit I'm not well educated in business and will be asking a ton of questions.  Looking foward to learning here. I have only heard good things about BP.
