If you are investing, I would be extremely careful with any crowdfunding platforms lately.

I understand the pitfalls of being part-time but I have a lot of time to dedicate to getting going. 

I have been blessed with 30 days off from my normal W2 Job and in stead of traveling abroad, scuba diving with Nemo or search for the greatest food dish, I plan to dedicate the time I would be working into learning about Real Estate.

I finally decided a couple months ago I was going to focus on 2 things and I was going to dedicate specific time everyday analyzing deals and getting it done. 

The city requested to dedicate 10-ft of my lot to a Right-of-Way, which reduced my total buildable area.

They are commercial real estate specific outsourcing platform.

WilliamsIt does not seem that the issue with with the IRA, but rather with the investment provider who encouraged you to setup a self-directed IRA so you could invest in their opportunities.A self-directed IRA is simply an IRA platform with different processing capacity.  

I know people may roll their eyes at this platform, but it can be as lucrative as you want it to be (depending on the company).

This platform is really something!

I don’t know about Columbus specifically, but many locales require each house/meter to have its own dedicated connection to the main in the street, including its own shutoff at the property line.
