Splitting duplex into condos-need to separate water
Hello! I am researching how to split my duplex into 2 townhouse condos to sell in Columbus, Ohio. I currently have one water meter for both units. I was wondering about how much it would be to have another meter installed, or if there is an easier/cheaper way to handle this. Has anyone had to do this to split a duplex? Thanks so much!

Im looking into contacting true submeter to assist in turning over the water bill to the tenants.
