There are many, many, many experienced investors here on BP that spend a good deal of time on BP offering free advice and feed-back.

I don't believe I will be working with him but I have committed myself to the REI idea.I jumped in head first and filed for an S Corp entity 2 weeks ago (and no little about minutes, bylaws, and record keeping) and hope to find a local REIA in the area to start feeding off of the helpful.

And do you really want to take tenant calls while trying to feed a 1 month old?

If she's feeding her buyer the exact number they need to offer and it's a penny less than the list price OR she divulges the other buyer's offer terms there may be a problem but there are ways to skirt both of those issues that would be mighty tough to prove if anyone wanted to pursue it.

I'm actively working on software that i'll be able to feed the list to and it'll narrow it down further for me.

Lots of STR owners are pivoting to MTR not necessarily to fill their off season but because of the feeding frenzy that has hit the STR niche in certain markets.

Only cash flow will help you feed your family.

Lastiy, we've built a great community in our building, we all feed each other's pets when we travel, get together once in a while for drinks, etc.Even when I had Sec 8 rentals, I was "the owner".

I would love to hear from anyone who found real estate not only as a great way to increase their assets, but as a way to feed the creative monster I believe is inside of all of us.
