Good morning from Fort Leonard Wood, MO

Hi, All!

I am new to BP (I found my way here from the blog of Clint Coons) and the Fort Leonard Wood area. I am a musician serving in the Army—a job I've been doing for six years. I don't have a background in real estate, yet.

A year ago I came across Robert's books. By then my wife and I had mastered our budget, were bad-debt free, and owned and operated a successful motorcycle business we bought with no money of our own. It seemed as though we were on the right track, and so in December we enrolled in a RichDad Real Estate course.

On a side note, if anyone is considering taking this course, you can PM me for specific questions. Generally speaking, we have gained a lot of knowledge so far, and the coaches on the resource line have been very helpful. I only wish I had come across BP sooner, because I am certain we could get the same education for a lot less than $4,000.

There are two tangible areas of this business that really call to me: creating communities where people want to live, and repurposing the forgotten so that new life takes its place. I would love to hear from anyone who found real estate not only as a great way to increase their assets, but as a way to feed the creative monster I believe is inside of all of us.

I'm excited, ebullient, and elated to become a member, student, and contributor of BP. It's nice to meet you.
