I'm from Lexington also and have a few properties there and in Bowling Green.

Green PVC is what our city uses.

It's a recreational paradise!

Since we are rather green it's just a matter of going through the motions I suppose and figuring out what is acceptable until we get our real "system" down pat...

I've seen enough hardship to appreciate what I get.As yet, I am too green to even understand the differences between the various forms of property investment, so I cannot share what route I plan to follow, other than...There is no plan!

Milton Green - good for you, that's how we got started.

I'd classify it as a "medium sized" mold issue, it was bigger than a few spots on a wall but much less than a big mold infestation covering several rooms or a whole house, it was confined to the master bath and was green mold.

It will definitely have to be modernized....and it has a small green house out back that I think is a great selling point in this area.
