I am planning on simply building homes as I have great contractors and architects already on my team, but am wondering if that's the best way to go.Realistically I could put 70k into a single-family deal, and 6 months and then immediately sell for 120-150k. 

I dont know of any teams or how a team would work with me.

We are looking to start with single family flips in areas that we are familiar with including Essex, Bergen or Hudson county.We would like to start forming a strong team to help make this possible - any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.

My teammate and I usually tag team it to speed things up as far as tripod movement and capturing goes.

I have a friend who is realtor and she is quite knowledgable about real estate investing and in fact finds homes for investors, brings contractors in to do rehabs and has a team that does property management. 

My team and I are working on a multifamily deal in New Hampshire.

I got too excited to buy this house and because I did not physically see it or have someone on my team physically see it, I ended up spinning the seller's wheels and had to come back in for a price reduction. 3.

I am currently building a realestate invesment team in Boston MA looking for an investor with high capital because I have a financial institution that is offering Us 5X the cash that we can come raise as a line.of credit for fix and flip buy and hold and Land and new construction.
