There are some crowdfunding platforms around now that specialize in TIC and DST investments.  

@Gordon Cuffe Facebook gets the information from their own platform, from our browsing and also from a number of companies that sell them information (including credit card companies).I would be BS'ing you if I told you the EXACT method they use to track 'likely to move' people, but I can tell you that Facebook is capable to track if you're browsing houses in a different area, or town, if you're buying some kind of moving services, if you're travelling to a particular city on a regular basis, etc.I have tried campaigns targeting people 'likely to move' and the response have been positive.Right now I'm advertising to this same targeting in Fresno and Clovis, CA...

Currently learning a couple of deal analysis software platforms (Real Data and REALTORS Property Resource)...curious if other folks investing in larger multifamily properties have a deal analysis program they have gravitated to....thanks!

Hello,I'm interested in building a platform to facilitate communication and perhaps transactions between landlords, tenants, and service workers. 

I still use AirBnB as my primary platform, but was hoping to get in contact with a knowledgeable and reputable property management company who can do due diligence, handle repairs, evictions (if necessary), bookings, etc.

I will definitely be utilizing this platform to gain knowledge, network, and most importantly as a former of motivation.
