What about laundry?

Tons of potential w the 960 sq ft basement/workshop/laundry/1 car garage.

As operations grew and I acquired more STRs, I still kepts her with the same rate (which is pay per cleaning not hourly), now with 10+ units paying her doesn't make that much financial sense, but at the same time I propably don't have enough work to hire somone hourly, so I'm in a stuck sitaution and don't really know. what to do.Another problem we have is with the laundry.

Main floor feat. master with 3/4 en-suite, 2nd spacious bedroom, full bath, laundry room and large family room with wet-bar, kitchen with shaker cabinets, quartz counters and stainless appliances.

About 20 minutes of washing it and it was like new.

If there are laundry machines or a fridge in the property because it was left there by a previous occupant, we'll leave it with the understanding if it breaks it's not our problem.

I'm looking to find other ways to produce more cash flow via laundry fees, storage, parking fees, etc.

I am looking into a car wash for sale in my area.

I could add value by adding on-site laundry/storage and updating the kitchens/bathrooms.

We have a 10 unit apartment complex that has a laundry facility that has 2 coin operated washers and dryers.
