Recently it's hot there because of the Wharf but in current situation , what's your opinion? 

They're just not going to come to South Lake anymore - hell, they've already been clobbered with $1,000 fines for unloading luggage in the wrong place, or being in the hot tub at 10:01 PM. 

In fact, there were exceptionally hot market signals nationally in the sub 200k markets and sub 300k markets in many places in the US.It is important to watch the new construction numbers.

The whole area in Johnson County is hot due to the market but also the stability of the University as an employer and the supporting employers needed to run the campus.

When I had properties in a hot area at the peak of the season I marketed them on my own. 

@Frank HHey Frank, I'm from Vegas myself and the market is a bit hot right now, haven't had any luck on my end so been looking Out of State for the past couple months now. 

The next thing I'm planning is to have an ability where multiple contractors can bid for hot projects in real time and i.e., upload photos, send/rec bills, etc. 

Its a 1420sqft house 3/1, 2 blocks away from the school, with a complete "extra space" upstairs room that is neither a BR or living space due to no heat/air.. we owe 75000 on mortgage but the hosues recently sold in town (very few) are going for between $125/$145 a sqft.

Only problem is its more difficult to find really great cash flow since its such a hot market but there are still plenty of investors making money here.

In lieu of turning on, you can do an air compression test to detect any leaks in the plumbing.
