Since the garage door is THE most prominent feature on the front elevation, check out this style, that would perfectly match the windows:http://www.clopaydoor.com/avanteWith a similarly architecturally appropriate front door, and proper column in place of the wrought iron, without building ANYthing like a portico, you'll completely transform the front elevation, and bring the house right into this century.

VA and FHA ARM's are some of the best ARM's out there because of their extremely low risk features. Most people hear ARM's and they run away in fear without even looking at what features comprises the ARM or how they even work. The VA ARM's are better in that they have no monthly MI (still have to pay VAFF - VA funding fee). The main feature I think that makes them low risk is that min 1% adjustment per year because on conventional ARM's this is min 2% per year adjustment after the fixed period.

If your electrical panel is set for correct service for a electric stove.. or if you have gas line to stove also.the solid surface electric stoves are nice.. and would probably be my choice, but I can't use were set for gas, to expensive to change service.. both types have the oven clean feature so not much difference there.
