Is a M/H worth moving?
I recently acquired a large waterfront lake lot that has an older double-wide. The lot is large enough to divide, but the mobile home will have to be removed before dividing the lot.
I'd hate to tear down the home if it is feasible to move it.
It's in good condition, but was built in 1974.
Should I offer it "Free for the hauling" on Craig's List? Any other ideas?

You need to do a search and find out what they are selling for in your area. Double wide's are expensive to move relative to a single. Without knowing the value, in your area, there is no way to answer.
