Now, the silly part is that below the roof line standoff the telephone wires are attached against the outside wall and near the box, unlike the electrical at the weather-head and meter-back that are kept isolated.

If there is mold in the bathroom because of their issue (not running the fan or high usage), then let them know that they need to clean the walls more often.

The house is a REO and the bank treated mold and took away all the walls/ceiling/floor, basically a shell with only wood studs.

The basement has a few cracks, nothing that covers the full width/length of the basement walls but there is a noticeable deflection (about 2") on the East wall.
