They are a lender out of Virginia who does in-house underwriting, quick closes, free float down, and appears to have quite aggressive interest rates.I'm considering using them for my next loan in Atlanta, but I would hate to leave the lender I've used for several other loans unless I'm confident in the reliability and reputation of Aurora.

a) Use the rental property I already acquired as the physical address of the LLC (seems like it would be difficult to reliably collect mail there after it is rented)b) Contract a private company, such as UPS, to provide a physical address in West Virginia for the LLC.
