I need a reliable licensed general contractor in Cincinnati, 45227.I have a management company but they have been taking so long to give us a quote for a new rental in Cincinnati, 45227.  

I was referred to and using All Reliable Contracting LLC.

We're still working on some of the final details, but I think this will be a good solution.

They are a lender out of Virginia who does in-house underwriting, quick closes, free float down, and appears to have quite aggressive interest rates.I'm considering using them for my next loan in Atlanta, but I would hate to leave the lender I've used for several other loans unless I'm confident in the reliability and reputation of Aurora.

Hi @Kishan Patel, it could be worth considering a shot at a software solution built for DIY landlords (1 - 15 units) to bring some automation to the rental management process (just to make things much much easier for you).

Other than that, that would be a very good solution.

a) Use the rental property I already acquired as the physical address of the LLC (seems like it would be difficult to reliably collect mail there after it is rented)b) Contract a private company, such as UPS, to provide a physical address in West Virginia for the LLC.
