Hello BP,

As I listed in my profile, I am new to real estate investing having spent the last year educating myself on the process, ins and outs.  I recently got my WA state real estate license to assist in the process.  I am a full time federal employee with no intention of leaving my job, which I love.  However, financial freedom is what we all seek, and one source of income rarely provides it.  So I am hoping to rely on my previous knowledge of construction and having rehab'd some previous homes of my own to enter the investment market and flip a few properties to hopefully expand to buy/hold.  I am seeking to develop a network in the area and move to finding the right first deal.  Through work on my own home, I have developed a team that includes a reliable home inspector, stone work, and GC that are available when the time is right to start the first project.

I look forward to learning from the BP community.

Thanks,
