Building buyers lists outside of your main area

I am a wholesaler in Lee county, Fort Myers area, however I acquire good deals all throughout Florida and even other states. Problem is I have no buyers outside of my area. I have been trying to partner with other wholesalers or investors in the areas of houses I get, but its not really working out to well. If anyone has any advise on how to get buyers in different area I would love to hear any ideas. Thanks!
