Handyman Recommendation for Fort Myers, FL?

I have a SFH in San Carlos Park. I've been trying to find a reliable handyman at a reasonable price (under $50/hour) for small jobs that take 4-8 hours.

The house used to be my primary house. It's been a rental for the past 2 years. I currently live out of state. However, I still visit the property twice a year because I visit my family in North Fort Myers, twice a year.

I've tried a few different handyman within the last year and they have been less than impressive.

I called "Chad the Handyman" located in San Carlos Park to replace a screen door. They wanted $40 to show up, $180 for the install and another $40 on the mark-up for the door. That's a total of $260 for labor only on a screen door installation. No thanks. I found out that Lowes does it for $127, so I went with them.
