We send letters out to all of our tenants on a regular basis and have a note asking people to call immediately if they hear their toilet running.

They said that they regularly under right loans where the seller is holding a 10% note.

Cash only likely means the property does not qualify for regular finance loans due to property condition or some other problem.Why would you request rent comps and a CMA from an agent and not use them on a transaction?

Then depending on how it looks you may need to replace it with a regular drop sink to prevent another issue.Ours was NOT an undermount so we just used a grinding wheel to open the crack & then filled it with the epoxy colored to that of the granite.You need to ensure the granite is well supported under the area of the stress crack to prevent it happening again.

This is true and I will add, each party who posts will have a different perspective (likely bias) based on their regular role.

With all due respect, good retail and office leases, governmental and zoning regulations, regular inspections, specific use provisions/restrictions, and good tenant screening would allay most fears.
