Yes it's probably more expensive, but if you went that route and subtracted window/new dry wall costs you may be surprised and save $$$.As far as add baths/etc...

Well, if push really comes to shove they can put a lein on your property, foreclose, sell it to the highest bidder, take the amount of their lein and send you the excess.

Pool, clubhouse etc I have actually been there once and the park was clean and well kept. 1400 sq ft 3/2 remodeled to dry wall 11/2 years ago.
