I make sure that the roofs are in good condition, the siding, replace windows if they are not energy-efficient, etc.

I find the best way to uphold accountability is through crystal clear communication. 

Public markets are liquid and efficient, which means volatility is visible on a daily basis.

There has to be 1 way that is more cost effective & efficient to maximize the time to be able to have enough leads to systematically analyze and make offers on.

Direct and assertive communication.

I'm not shooting for a high-end build-out, more so on the efficiency side of things.
