Get educated first, AND start networking in your local REIA.

I am looking to network with investors who know the ropes and provide value in the ways that i know how. 

I am excited to network for the sake of RE relationships, opportunities and knowledge.

There’s generally no tax advantage to an llc....there can be if you do a few flips in the same year, have the llc taxed as an Scorp so you can take a salary with rest not being subject to as/med, talk to a cpa, but that’s about it.

I've been looking for people to network with in the area.

I    am trying to network as much as I    can, but I    am finding this to be much more challenging than I     expected.

I'd highly recommend checking out the local real estate networking events on meetup.com and coming to as many of those as you guys are able.One of the bigger ones, Oklahoma City Real Estate Investors Association, meets tonight (Thursday) at 7p.The investor community here is relatively small and most folks are willing to help you connect the dots.Feel free to reach out if you ever need help with anything specific!
