College Kid Needing Some Wisdom

I just joined BP.com today and I wanted to try to get some wisdom from this community. I am about to finish my Bachelor's in Business with a triple emphasis in Accounting (mainly), finance, and management. After I will pursue becoming a CPA. I have only $16,000 in loans to pay off. What I want to know from this community, just some tips on what you would do in my case. I want to pay off my loans but I want to begin investing into real estate. At what point would you begin investing, what type of loan do I take out, where I take it out, etc. Also, if there are any accountants or CPA's who stumble on this post, any guidance in which area of accounting I should pursue that would help in real estate investing would be huge.

Very vague post, I know. Obviously I know very little, but I have a desire to learn and I pick things up quick, so any input on what I should do would be great!
