I recommend starting with the New York City Department of Finance: https://a836-acris.nyc.gov/DS/DocumentSearch/Index.Select the district you are interested in investing in, and then search for homeowners in that area.Best regards,Peter---

I did a bit more digging on the topic ... it seems the better way to do this is different than I originally described the "second leg" of the txn ... instead of bringing the seller into the LLC itself, you instead create a note and pledge your interest in the LLC as collateral (w/ a UCC filing w/ the state showing this)

Your profile mentions that you are a real estate agent - You want to have a conversation to see if you potentially are eligible to claim real estate professional status which would allow you to treat your rental losses as active instead of passive.Also have a conversation if you are required to make estimated tax payments since there is no withholding on your commissions.Lastly, your profile mentions you are in Florida which does not have a state income tax which opens you up to more options for choosing an accountant.
