Investing businesses setup.

I have a group of guys from out of state that want me to be their agent in buying, improving and flipping land. I am wondering how and what is going to be the best way to set it up? I will want to invest in deals myself and sometimes others may be invested also. Looking for advice, contacts, lawyers to help me get it set up where it's fair and everything is black and white legally.
