FYI I have some 1 beds in 5th ward that are **** to manage. 

I furnish a trundle bed, with a bed underneath available for a visitor. the apartments are already beautifully furnished and stocked for vacation rental activity, so it doesn't seem like a hard sell. this only works in a normal area that has some local demand for housing.

It’s a split level, 4 bed 2 bath.

Nice to meet everyone.We live in a 3 bed, 1 bath house with an unfinished basement.

The other unit is the same size (3 bed, 2 bath) and can rent for the same for a total of 1900 / mo in rent.

You could possibly find a 1 bed condo in the Southbay, Gardena, Inglewood, San Pedro, Hawthorne. 

We turned live in the mother in law unit and rent out the 3 bed 2 bath portion.

It's a large house and a great lot.4750 square ft 3 bed 3 bath2 acre lot about 30 minutes from Denver with an incredible view.I would like to frame in a 4th bedroom.The house needs about 80k worth of work.
