Hi @Brent Kiger - I've never heard of Rentigo and I've been directly in this industry for almost 10 years.  

@Raphael Thomas might be able to point you in the right direction. 

However, cap rates compressed a lot in the last 3-4 years and I think that the pendulum should swing to the other direction in the next 5 years.
