Called the county where they check and tax are current with only 185 $ due for next installment.The lot have address, front on the paved street and is zoned Vacant Residential.Was told there is no way to get permit to build in the moment as half of the year my lot is '' underwater " but can be used for camping or RV and see how the city will solve this as they were having different ideas for this beachfront lots for last several years.
