Newbie Investor PRO account switch!

Hello BP,

Newbie here ive heard so many great things in regards to BP. Ive recently made the switch to PRO account after attending @BrandonTurner webinar. I couldn't believe the amount of information that was given for basically nothing, amazing!  Im excited, hungry and determined to learn and land my first investment property. I know that it will be a challenge as i'm in the North jersey side Fair lawn, Bloomfield, Haledon, Elmwood park just to name a few. My main focus is Multi family units in a B neighborhood area close to the transit lines. If anyone would like to chime in please feel free to comment thank you and can't wait to hear from you all!
