Ideally you (the lender) would be a passive partner in the company, take a percentage of the net profit from each deal, and not be involved in the day to day operations.

I talked to two asset protection companies, Prime Corporate Services and Anderson Business Advisors.

I would check with your refuse company and see what their policy is on locks on dumpster.
