Site Plan & Rendering Help Needed

Hi everyone! I am working to submit a permit for a porch that was built on my property. Unfortunately, my licensed porch builder did not submit a permit. I paid a Land Surveyor company for a Contextual Land Survey. I need a site plan and rendering to submit for the permit as well and am having difficulty locating the right person. Does anyone have a good contact to connect me to?

Also if anyone has any advice in submitting this type of permit application for Metro Codes - any help/advice is appreciated!
