The owners are just getting up there in age and ready to retire.

I currently work in the Anti-Money Laundering industry with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

I have a good amount of money in savings I feel for my age to buy a few houses now.

I try not to do messes up my age anymore!

For my applicants, I require at least the previous two years of addresses, with no gaps in residence, and I very carefully vet any "lived with family" claims if they are not college graduate age. 

However, one thing I'd be very concerned with is being under market in SF with their anti-landlord attitudes.

At that age, time in> timing. 

I feel like people will not trust me because of my age and I also do not have a lot of money. and also what would i say to people who i would want to invest with me or have them lend me money.

I see alot of affordable manufactured homes (with land) for 55+ but is this a good age group for section 8 in the area?
