how can i meet investors

how can i meet people who would invest with me as a partner? I feel like people will not trust me because of my age and I also do not have a lot of money. and also what would i say to people who i would want to invest with me or have them lend me money.

1. How can you meet people who would invest with you - Talk to friends, family, acquaintances, real estate agents, contractors, hard money lenders, big banks, and credit unions. Tell them your investing goals. Get a feel for who would have interest in investing with you. And those who would not invest with you, understand why.

2. People not trusting you because of your age - Not sure how old you are. But this is a real issue when you are younger. When I got started I was 25, but looked like I was 18. I compensated by knowing my numbers, being articulate and well-read, wearing a suit and tie every day, being an active listener, and having a very strong work ethic.

3. What to say to people who you would want to invest with - Don't worry about this yet. If you are asking this question, it means you have a LOT to learn before you start investing other peoples money. Spend the next 6 months here on the forums, reading the blogs, reading books, listening to podcasts, etc. Then start building a network of agents and contractors. Then it's time to start looking for money.
