The house is a double wide with 3 beds 2 baths over 2000 sqft and has a 3 car attached garage. 

My father (deceased) did something similar with buying plots of land and put double wides on them, but maybe we should discuss to pool info and research?

So called wholesalers are spamming a wide net to find the desperate few to take advantage of. 

I would not even rent an RV or single wide mobike home with a burn pile anywhere close to it
