Any Medical Professionals Here?

Anyone come across any companies that specifically lend to medical professionals, and if so have you found any that would be beneficial for real estate investments (outside of physician's loans for primary residence mortgages)?

Banker's Healthcare Group (lends to med profs.) offered me a loan that I wanted to use to buy cash and BRRR, but the fees were pretty high and they weren't initially willing to get rid of a prepayment penalty. I figure that there might be other organizations out there that could be of use.
